After relocating from NYC, Casey Jordan has been a Candlewood Lake resident for over 30 years. As a long-time real estate consultant and attorney, Casey's dedication as a waterfront specialist reflects decades of investing and living in several lake communities within the five surrounding "Candlewood Towns" of Danbury, Brookfield, Sherman, New Milford, and New Fairfield.
Whether it be assisting clients in preparing their properties for sale or matching buyers with their dream homes, Casey's skill set goes beyond the typical Real Estate broker. With many of her own Candlewood Lake homes available for rent, she's also adept at analyzing the rental market and coaching clients on the pros and cons of renting. A professor in the Ancell School of Business at WCSU, Casey has extensive experience in business negotiations and conflict resolution that make her highly adept at solving complex real estate situations.
With a passion for antiques, interior design, and showcase staging, Casey's expertise extends beyond Candlewood Lake to all vintage homes, country estates, and unique properties in Fairfield and Litchfield counties. She is the founder of Beacon Preservation, a nonprofit dedicated to environmental conservation and historical preservation of endangered properties and structures, including Victorian buildings and lighthouses. When not renovating one of her lake cottages, you can find Casey on Goose Rock Light in Maine, where she serves as an offshore lighthouse keeper each summer.
